Early this morning while still in bed, I saw a gray squirrel make a daring move. The walnut tree, at the front of the cottage, is where his route began as I heard him on the roof scampering to the back yard. Flying through the air, he landed upside down on a bouncy thin branch of the old apple tree. An impressive feat, but even more amazing, in his mouth he carried a big green walnut, the size of his head. What a leap of faith. He didn't even break his stride, scurrying up the tree with his prize.
Watching this wild maneuver, I got to thinking of the old adage, "If you want to get to the fruit of the tree, you have to go out on a limb." I was curious that he had the fruit so why take a risk?
Then I got it.
The laws of gravity don't apply to euphoria!. Recently, I came across those words in an old National Geographic magazine. I clipped out the ad and saved it.
May today be the day your joy exceeds your so-called limitations. The Angels are reaching out wanting you to take the ride of your life.
