While in meditation I was shown a metal key ring holding many old keys of various sizes and shapes. A lesson was unfolding as I understood the keys alone were worthless unless I knew where each one belonged.
An angel thought came to me; the keys are necessary to open up new doors of opportunity, but unless you are obedient and willing to follow the footsteps leading to each door they will do you no good.
That simple analogy meant much to me. I could gather knowledge (represented by the keys) but wisdom must be distilled by putting it into action; finding the door, turning the key and gaining experience.
The angels are all about service. They gently whisper how we can best serve others and help translate earth into heaven. The good news is they guide us to use our talents, and know what effortlessly brings the most joy to share with the world.
