The Statue of Liberty and Daffodils

Yesterday morning in meditation I saw the Statue of Liberty.  I was surprised by her appearance as she was handing out daffodils, presenting them to each one, ( I could not see to whom) but I knew it was a blessing.

I took this photo of her that we keep on the windowsill in the kitchen.  She stands in a row with my little Disney figures, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, etc.

I was curious about the daffodils; spring is right around the corner.  In Nature-Speak by Ted Andrews, I learned that the daffodil is symbolic of a time for clarity of thought; to find a creative outlet for energies; and to focus on inner beauty.  This lovely yellow flower is a reminder that our true power and innate beauty manifest more strongly through surrendering to the Divine.  The daffodil opens us up to deeper forms of meditation and teaches us that others will respond to us based on how we feel about ourselves.

Well, that certainly hit home.  Sometimes we are our own worse enemy.  So, the Angels are encouraging us to believe in who we are and to treat ourselves with gentleness and respect.  This way we will gain our liberty from the tyrannic mesmerism of matter that seems so real by the power we give it.

Enjoy your day with the Angels and celebrate the wonderful being of Light that you truly are.  The world wouldn't be as bright without you.

Love and blessings,

Karen
