In meditation I had an unexpected, but joyful reminder of my childhood. I'd forgotten how much I loved to stand up and swing, pumping back and forth. It was hard to imagine I once had been so daring. But I caught an impression of the joy I'd felt touching the sky. As I thought about the physics of swinging, it brought new insight. At the low points, one must stand tall, and at the heights, one must bend low at the knees. I was thankful for this simple metaphor as I could see how this applied to handling life's problems: Stand up straight and tall when feeling low, and bend down when soaring high. But enjoy the ride and stay flexible! Whhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Enjoy your time with the Angels.
Love and joyful blessings,
