(The Karma Store on Laskin Rd in Va Beach)
This photo was taken in 2010 at Virginia Beach. The Karma Store is now a distant memory, replaced by high-rise office buildings at the oceanfront. I remember the first time I saw the sign Karma Store. Notice the spotlight on the roof ready to point the way in the dark. Elliot and I had a good laugh, joking about taking our karma back for a refund. It was funny at the time.
Karma is one of those charged words that instantly brings to mind the act of doing something wrong and now having to pay dearly for it. Over the years, I've come to realize that karma is nothing more than what I send out returning to me. So the lesson is to choose wisely. My own actions or reactions determine my experiences. For past mistakes and regrets, there is a gift of grace through Christ.
Daily meditation and prayer help to build up our spiritual muscle and strengthen a quiet resolve to stay in peace and not have a knee jerk reaction. It takes practice like any discipline. And the heavenly realm will bow down lower as we come up higher and open our hearts and minds to the truth of our being. It's a choice to be a source of peace in this chaotic world. By making an effort to stay connected to the higher plane with the angels and our Higher Self, we can change the world moment by moment.
Enjoy your day with the Angels.
Love and joyful blessings,
