My 93-year-old Mom was ready to travel to Florida with me for a visit. When I arrived to pick her up, I found a happy face sticker on her carpet. Where did this come from? Turns out she had stuck them on her new wheels so her black bag would stand out at Baggage Claim. A big red ribbon added a nice finishing touch.I smiled, thinking we should always try to put on a happy face when pulling around our baggage. I pasted the sticker back on, remembering it's important to try not to lose our sense of humor as we travel through life. In A Course in Miracles, the Holy Spirit teaches that to heal is to make happy. If God truly is in and of everything, then happiness is our birthright.
