The wind blows where it chooses,
and you hear the sound of it but
you do not know
where it comes from or where it goes.
So it is of everyone born of the Spirit.

Sometimes our thoughts spin round and round in our mind like the arrow on a weather vane, easily swayed by the strong winds of human desire. We find ourselves busily distracted, going nowhere in particular, but losing energy as we rush around to do it. The golden angel atop the weather-vane pictured above is a good image to remember. Before taking an action to stop long enough to still our minds, and listen for inner intuitive guidance. This will point the way to go in the best direction without dashing our foot upon a rock. We will know because we have peace peace about our decision. Angels are God's thoughts passing to man: blessing, comforting, protecting, and guiding us to a better life when we begin to realize that we are spiritual beings, and stay open to the help of our Guardian Angel.
