Trust in Divine Timing

I learned an important lesson in the power of letting go.  After a recent cold snap, I looked out the window to see how the garden had fared in the low temps.  During the night, the constant drone of the heater made me ask the angels to protect the flowers and plants as I had not covered them.

But as I looked out at the hardy view, something unusual caught my eye.  A long forgotten orchid plant had a pod on it.  This plant, a rescue gift from a friend, had bloomed several years ago.  Now it seemed the angels had it covered as a new bud was sealed but swollen ready to bloom.  I brought it inside and noticed a second bud was in the making.

Before long these two exotic orchid blossoms were gracing our mantle.  A sign to never give up.  Just when you think something is past its prime, get ready for a miracle.  Funny cause I had been to the orchid farm and asked about propagating orchids, but it wasn't for me so I set it aside on a plant stand with other flowers and forgot about it.  Forgotten but not forsaken, it bloomed!

Now if only I could let the Divine do its work without any interference from me in some other areas.

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

Love and joyful blessings,

Rae Karen
