Angel Message: Healing in Nature

I had a wonderful healing last week.  It came from an angel message that wafted into my mind, bathing my tired brain cells with new life as I sat on the patio in the early morning, being still.  I found myself quietly absorbing all the natural beauty around me, in the now.  Everything was especially clean and bright from the recent rains:  The sunlight cascading on the lush green ferns in the garden.  The old trees with their canopies creating an umbrella of leaves above.  The cicadas humming. The healing energy was palpable.  Suddenly, I became overwhelmed with great love and appreciation for all life.  I knew in that moment that I had a healing. In gratitude, I got up and joyfully continued my day.

Later on, information came regarding the importance of spending time in nature.  How necessary it is for grounding.  The solar energies are especially high and nature helps to maintain balance.  I've seen "particles" coming down outside the window that looked like rain, only it wasn't.  So the Angels encourage us to keep on keeping on, embracing what is yet to be seen, and trusting in a harmonious, loving, outcome.   We are here on the planet now for a purpose.  Our Light is needed in thought and deed.  The more we can get to nature, the better.  Take a walk, buy a plant, or go for a swim.

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

Love and blessings,

Karen

Making Room for Him: An Angel Message

The Angel of Exploration was my random angel card.

The Course in Miracles card below made a good companion.  Expanding consciousness.

The Holy Spirit will, of Himself, fill every mind that
so makes room for Him.
                                A Course in Miracles

Lately, I've been feeling like a bottle of champagne ready to explode, only the tight wire mesh is fastened too tight.  It must be loosened to pop the cork.  Today, thanks to the Angel of Exploration,  I'm open to discovering an expansion of my being, transcending the tight physical body to make space for the Holy Spirit to abide.  I want my joy back. Holy Spirit is the call to joy.

The flowers are in bloom; red roses, yellow daisies, deep pink hibiscus. God's grace in the now is sustaining every blade of grass.  All life.  It is holy ground when I accept into my own consciousness that God's grace is in this moment, active right here, right now.  And that God's grace in the eternal now is everywhere, flowing into all human consciousness as divine inspiration, love, abundance, good health, every good thing.  For God is everywhere and there is no room for anything but Goodness, Divine Love.

I must learn to see with God's eyes and not be deceived by appearances.  My physical senses deceive me with their false perceptions, but God's gift of vision is available in every instant.  If I can only remember to be still and listen, giving God the glory as I open up to receive and let it flow.

That's the work--translating earth to heaven--dissolving the ego mind with the help of the indwelling Christ.

Let today be the beginning of a new journey--exploring God's Love in all things--seeking and finding--knocking and opening. With absolute certainty that God is, we cannot fail to know the Truth.

Thank you, Holy Spirit.

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

Love and blessings,

Rae Karen

Angel of Victory - Overcoming the Ego

Wikimedia Commons

It's in the everyday struggles, the little nuisances, that can offer many opportunities to sharpen our spiritual acumen.  The Angels advise to stay vigilant for those moments of weakness, or when especially tired, as there is a tendency to lack patience and react.  There are many trials that test our mettle.  The secret is to go within and listen before speaking or acting.

If we could only understand that everyone in our life is there for a purpose; to help us heal and be happy.   Chance plays no part in our comings and goings.  Every circumstance has a higher aim.  If we stay open we can receive clues from those around us that help us fulfill our purpose by overcoming our little self.

The Angels encourage us to pay attention to what is being mirrored back to us.  Like attracts like.  If we want more love, give more love.  A Course in Miracles teaches that we can only lack what we fail to give in any moment.   In our giving is our receiving as all minds are joined as One.  To be victorious means to be free of the stronghold of ego judgment.  There is no separation.  In truth, no one can reject us, because we are One with God and as Christ taught, "All that the Father has is mine."

Enjoy your day with the Angels and let us be thankful for their loving presence.

Love and blessings,

Karen

Traveling the Road with Our Guardian Angel

Human Powered Car - Daytona Beach

Elliot spotted this futuristic vehicle on the road home from Daytona Beach.  We couldn't see how it was powered. The driver was tucked away, not clearly visible.  At a stop light, I snapped this shot and got a friendly honk.  "Human Powered" was  on the door.

As wonderful an invention as this is, I got to thinking about how we often go it alone, powering our own "vehicle" with only human will and forgetting to listen to divine direction.  Let us listen to our Guardian Angel who speaks in the inner chambers of our heart. She (He) speaks through other people. She (He)speaks through the sights we see and what we read.  Our Guardian Angel's voice is inspired by the Holy Spirit who transcends time and space; our journey becomes more fruitful.

Prayer to the Guardian Angel

Angel sent by God to guide me,
Be my light and walk beside me;
Be my guardian and protect me;
On the paths of life direct me.
                         (unknown)

Enjoy your day with the Angels and travel lightly.

Love and blessings,

Karen

The Gift of the Moon

(Full Moon at Daytona Beach Last Night)

At night, I open the window
and ask the moon to come
and press its face against mine.
Breathe into me.
Close the language door
and open the love-window.
The moon won't use the door
only the window.

The full moon on the ocean was beautiful last night.  Archangel Gabriel is associated with the moon.  His loving presence enfolds us in gentleness and peace.  May you feel the love of the angels watching over you today.

Enjoy your day with your guardian angel.

Love and blessings,

The Morning Star

(The Morning Star, 1852, Wikimedia Commons)

My inner child was delighted to find this wonderful metaphysical drawing from the late 1800's called The Morning Star.  A beautiful woman glows as she glides across the sky to collect the night's stars and prepare the sky for the coming dawn.  The sun is beginning to rise as admirers watch and a rooster gets ready to announce the new day.

Every day is a precious gift.  How will you spend yours?

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

Love and blessings,

Gratitude Brings Rainbows: An Angel Message

Angels are loving and patient, ready to serve at a moment's notice.  They are God's thoughts, His loving messages passing to our higher consciousness. The angel network is active 24/7.  Psalm 91 tells us that if we abide in the Shadow of the Almighty, His angels will accompany us wherever we go.  Not only will they be with us, but they will lift us up above any stumbling blocks along our path. I'm grateful for the presence of the angels as I go about my daily duties.

The more I remember their loving presence, the more peace and joy I experience along the way. For instance, dining at a local restaurant, I silently took a moment to appreciate the beautiful pink crepe myrtle trees in blossom outside the window, white fluffy clouds...  And then, I saw a rainbow, and there had been no rain.

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

Love and blessings,

The Friend of Silence: An Angel Message

(Wikimedia Commons)

God is the friend of silence.
See how nature...
Trees, flowers, grass
grow in silence.
See the stars, the moon and the sun
how they move in silence.
The more we receive in silent prayer
the more we can give in our active life.
We need silence to be able to touch souls.

Silence is comforting when we feel "at home" within ourselves.

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

The Angel of Endurance

The man who removed the mountain
began by carrying away small stones.
     ~Chinese Proverb

In the Bible, God often sent his Angel to give a message in a dream to someone, to show them a new way and give them surety that God was with them and they will succeed in life.   So they didn't give up, they hung on to the promise given in the dream.

The Angel of Endurance beckons us to stick to what we've undertaken to do.  Sometimes things get too difficult and we are tempted to give up.  A sense of meaningless takes hold.  We tell ourselves what's the point, it can never happen.  And nothing develops.  We scatter our energies and lose the thrust.  After awhile, we begin not to trust our inner guidance.

In order for something to grow it must take root.  In the scripture, Christ says:  "They have no root in themselves, but endure for a while; then when trouble or persecution arises... immediately they fall away." (Mark 4:17)

It takes great learning to understand that we are not simply prey to our circumstances.  We can do something.  It begins by trusting that we are not alone.  His Angels have been given charge over us to guide us in all of our ways.

When you want to quit, it's your five senses deceiving you.  Claim the truth that you live and more in an atmosphere of divine love.  You are a spiritual being in a physical experience.  Open up to receive more understanding, with understanding comes peace. A way opens where there was none.

It is comforting to know that no matter where we are or what we are doing, we are in constant loving companionship with unseen celestial messengers.

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

Love and blessings,

Karen

Being Attentive to Life

Wikimedia Commons:  The Spirit of the Morning, Zuber Buhler Fritz

The moment one gives close attention to anything,
even a blade of grass, it becomes a
mysterious, awesome, indescribably
magnificent world in itself.
~Henry Miller

I never stopped to think about attentiveness as being a spiritual power that can bring peace and joy to my life.  Life is a fascinating mystery.  When I pay close attention to the wonder of things, wholly present in the moment of now, I get a feeling that I am living, instead of being lived by my ego.

The part of my mind that constantly questions and analyzes slips away and a higher consciousness takes hold that translates the mundane into the divine without any help from my intellect.  These moments are waiting for me to pause and fully accept where I am in the now.  Right now my cat, Angel, is sitting on top of the printer waiting for her treat.

By being attentive to everything we do, adds a sweetness to life.  Everything has value, everything wonderfully created by God.

Love and blessings,

Angels and A Good Night's Sleep

(The Fern Meditation Garden with Peace Pole)

I couldn't get to sleep right away last night.  The energy was so high, my mind was flooded with waves of thought coming from all directions.  Lots of meaningless activity about nothing. I tried to be still, but the tides were very big.

I heard to get up and read Eckhart Tolle or the book Talking With Angels.  I was reminded of a CD of Tolle's The Power of Now. I could listen to it, but I chose to be stubborn, wanting to be peaceful and tune in without externals.

Then my husband Elliot began snoring so loudly, like he was shifting gears on a Mac truck.  I had a little laugh hearing a car's engine passing by because it was no competition for him!  The drone got louder.  I asked the angels for harmony----for peace---for sleep.

I didn't want to wake him, so reluctantly I carried my pillow into the den and stretched out on the futon facing the large picture window.  Usually I'd open the yellow curtains to enjoy the trees in the back yard.  Only this time I didn't; I was tired and energized, a strange combo.

I settled down with my pillow and a soft afghan made by an old friend.  I closed my eyes.  No sooner done, a rush of the most beautiful healing green energy poured through the window.  I could see it with my eyes closed coming through the curtains!

I wondered if the tall leafy ferns lush from heavy rains had undulated energy waves in a surprising gush that was distinguishable, boosting me with joy.  I was delighted to be the recipient of this loving energy field. It lasted only a matter of seconds, but more than enough to cause a shift in my paradigm!

The plants and flowers in the yard are mostly rescues.  Could it be they were reciprocating the love in full appreciation?  It was amazing.  And as I laid there trying to assimilate it all, a strange thing happened.  The loud snoring stopped.  There was peace.  After a short while, I picked up my pillow and tiptoed back to bed and got a good night's sleep.

I'm learning more and more that angels are real.  When I change my mind and stay open, amazing things come to light.

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

Love and blessings,

Karen
