Angel Crossing

Just as faith grows in a garden, so will the seeds planted for angels manifest as proof of God's care.

Several years ago I began to invite the Guardian Angels of every person in my home town to help and guide everyone living here. I also daily welcomed the Guardian in charge of the city of Deland. Knowing the angels need all the help they can get, my welcome served as an invitation to open the door to blessings. There have been many wonderful transformations that had taken place. And to my surprise, it was an angel confirmation when I discovered a new crosswalk yield sign at Stetson University downtown. I couldn't help but laugh at the synchronicity. Angels do walk among us.

You may want to help your city or town by prayerfully doing the same. You too will be surprised by the changes under foot that can make a difference.

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

Aspire To Inspire Before You Expire: An Angel Message

This heavenly license plate crossed my path several years ago: ASPIRE TO
INSPIRE BEFORE YOU EXPIRE. It was a wonderful reminder to stay on the bright side and to keep looking up, and out, for opportunities to lighten someone's day with a smile, or an unexpected kindness, letting them know they are loved. These little blessings are contagious and help to make the world a better place while we are still here on the road home. The angels abide in an atmosphere of divine love surrounding us, all we have to do is breathe it in. They'll inspire us with celestial thoughts as to how to be an angel for another. Then, don't put it off...now is the time for action.

Enjoy your day with the angels.

Love and joyful blessings,

Happy Birthday George Washington

(Artwork: The Prayer at Valley Forge by Arnold Friberg)

Today we celebrate the birthday of our nation's founding father George Washington. Angels played an important part in helping him to reach his destiny. Although this painting was done of an older Washington praying at Valley Forge, I recall reading an account at an earlier time when it appeared that George Washington's angels took charge over him, protecting him from great harm.

During the French and Indian War, the 23-year old Washington was assigned by his commanding General to take orders to the officers on the battlefield. In one battle, George's life hung in the balance for two hours. Indian sharpshooters caused 63 of the 86 officers to become casualties.

After the battle, Washington reported that four bullets went through his coat! The Indians had shot two horses out from under him, but he escaped unharmed.

Fifteen years later, the Indian Chief in charge of that battle met Washington. The Chief recounted: Since he saw a power mightier than we was shielding you, you were under special guardianship of the Great Spirit. He called for a cease fire on Washington, the man who is the particular favorite of Heaven and who can never die in battle.

George Washington went on to fulfill his God given destiny as he first President of a new nation.

God is no respecter of persons.  The angels protect and guide us, too. They are God's messengers that intervene when needed so we can fulfill our life's purpose.

May you feel the guiding hand of your angels leading you today.

Joyful blessings,

Rae Karen

Two Time Harmony: An Angel MessageDouble Harmony Angels

Elliot and I both had a good laugh when we randomly picked the Angel of Harmony.  It did seem like a heads up message. At noon time we had a little dissonance regarding lunch plans. We called on our Angel of Harmony and were soon singing off the same page.

Harmony is eternal.  When I'm off-key, it's because I'm not thinking what God is thinking.  Usually I'm trying to sing a solo, I Gotta Be Me,  instead of blending in with the I AM chorus.

Enjoy your day with the angels.

The Cosmic Angel of the New Dawn

Angels joyfully herald messages of hope. They may wing their way into your thoughts with a sweet song. For the past several days I have been awakened to the song of a sweet little bird perched on a branch outside our bedroom window. Her inner strength to sing in the dark touched my heart in a way only God would understand.

Faith is hope of things yet unseen. And so it is with a cheerful heart that we may overcome the world and find peace.

"Cosmic Angel of the New Dawn,
draw back the folds of the curtains of maya
so all humankind see the kingdom now
as it always was,and ever shall be,
only increasing in perfection
with every pulse beat."

(Adapted from The Angelic Kingdom, AMTF, Mount Shasta, CA)

Enjoy your day with the angels and sing a new song. The Light of God never fails. REJOICE!

Love and joyful blessings,

Rae Karen

Reflections: An Angel Message

Life is a mirror
peopled by many selves
Wish I could love
those I don't
then I would love myself.
--Marian Gordon

Our relationships are our mirrors. If we want to know how well we're doing in overcoming self, just look at those around us. What are they reflecting to us? One of my favorite sayings from the Edgar Cayce readings is, Stand back and watch self pass by. Become the observer in all that you say and do. Another good quote from the readings, Faults found in others are first reflected within self  Hard to believe, but with a little practice and tuning in, you'll discover it's more true than not, and often ever so subtle. We react because it's an unhealed aspect of ourselves, pushing our buttons. I've found when annoyed, it's best to silently call upon the Holy Spirit or my Angels to help me see the situation with spirit-filled eyes. It really works. I know because I get more peace, eventually. The more obstinate I am about being right in whatever the issue is, the longer the upset stirs and aggravates.

I love this quote from A Course in Miracles.

"In this world you can become a spotless mirror, in which the holiness of your creator shines forth from you to all around you. You can reflect Heaven here."

Get out the Windex!
Love and joyful blessings,

Rae Karen
