Thanks to all the recent rain, the garden was lush this morning. All the flowers and plants were standing tall soaking up the welcomed sunlight. As I sat on the patio under the old camphor tree, soaking in the beautiful sights, my eyes were suddenly drawn to a tall plant by the fountain. A lovely shade of orange caught my attention. A closer look revealed this large colorful grasshopper as she too rested in the warm light of a new day.
I love the many ways God speaks to our hearts; and a favorite of mine, is nature. Angel thoughts will direct our view and when I am attentive, I get a message. This beautiful messenger seemed to be hand painted with celestial hues, decked out in a rich texture. And her tremendous size speaks of a giant leap humanity is about to make in consciousness. Grasshoppers are all about leaping forward.
Something kind of funny happened at my last eye appointment. The TV in the lobby featured a fixer upper program. A couple had bought an older home and renovated it. In one of the finished rooms, the decorator had taken large letters and spelled out on the wall: "MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE." The timing of this synchronicity was so amusing that I chuckled.
I'm so thankful to the Angels for helping us to direct our thoughts beyond so-called appearance. There is always more going on than meets the eye. Trust in God's loving Presence and Power would solve every problem now.
