The past two weeks have brought daily thunder showers, soaking the garden. The lawn has turned bright green and is growing tall in need of a good mowing.
Last night's downpour brought an early evening surprise.
A rainbow over the house! The sky was drizzling as I stepped outside to get this quick photo. It's been a long time since I've seen a rainbow. The sun shining through the clouds brings a promise of hope. A most welcomed sign of peace and prosperity.
