As it is in Heaven

I try to remember to ask the angels for guidance as far as what movies to watch or books to read. It paid off on Sunday at the public library when I found an engaging funny and romantic spiritual movie.  As it is in Heaven is the story of Daniel, a successful international conductor who returns to his childhood village in Sweden after suffering a heart attack.  Soon thereafter, the local church choir seeks him out for help.  As the amateur choir develops, he finds love and true friendship in his old home town.

Regarding the movie, there was a bit of synchronicity.  The Miracles Distribution Center's Holy Encounter Newsletter arrived yesterday.  It had a recommendation to watch this 2005 film by Kay Pollak, who is a student of A Course in Miracles.

Themes from the Course are evident in the movie.  As it is in Heaven became one of the most popular movies of all time in Sweden.  It is available on Netflix streaming as well as the public library.

It was one of the best movies I've seen.  A wonderful expose on the importance of finding our own voice and living life freely.  It also included a comforting message about angels.

Enjoy your day with the Angels.

Love and blessings,
