Remember the thrill you felt on a swing, pumping your arms and feet in a slow, steady rhythm. Back and forth, the creaking chains, carried you higher and higher reaching for the sky. Then, when you knew you reached your limit, slowing down, you bailed out.
The dynamics of life are explained in this simple skill. At the low point near the ground, one must stand tall in the swing, and at the height, one must bend low at the knees to keep the momentum up.
A reminder to stand tall when feeling low, and when feeling high and mighty, humbly bend low.
Enjoy your day with the angels. Spend some time in childlike wonder today. The best is yet to be.
