A Rare Bird Find: An Angel Message on Peace

This comical mallard duck turned up at a yard sale yesterday.  One-of-a-kind, the duck's stance and expression cracked me up.  I found myself buying it on the spot for a dollar--paying twice the asking price. But this quirky bird was worth every cent, adding smiles to the day.

Then early this morning, an angel thought had me take a second, good hard look.  I took the funny-looking mallard off the shelf, and laughed. Standing tall, not letting anything ruffle his feathers, head bowed. This duck, out of water, had found inner peace by going within.

Later, on a neighborhood walk, a family of mallard ducks were swimming in the newly dug out overflow reservoir beyond our driveway!. Duck energy in the flow...

Thoughts are things... They hold energy...

And, it all made "cents" when my attention was drawn to a coin. It was underneath a bench where Elliot and I had stopped to rest in the newly built butterfly park.  I hurried to pick it up.  A penny is always a sign from the angels that everything is in divine order.  Keep having faith.

Holding the weathered coin in my hand, it had a rainbow luster when held in the light. And, the 2020 date was when we moved here, six years ago.  I was thankful for the penny encouragement.  It made perfect sense to trust in God like the motto on the penny:  In God We Trust. The best is yet to be.

How blessed are we to be in the presence of God's angels.  I can't imagine life without being aware of their loving companionship.  Although not seen, they rarely go unnoticed when we keep our ears and eyes open to the guidance that comes often in the most unusual, but simple ways that speak uniquely to each one of us, with a splash of joy.

Love and peace,

Rae Karen
