Up and Down: An Angel Message

Yesterday afternoon, the only action at the lake was a playful pair of ducks swimming in the refreshing waters.  It was amusing to notice they were sharing a moment of different views.  One, heads-up; the other, heads-down. 

Up and down...they splashed around.   A reflection for life today, if we listen to the fluctuating outer world view. 

Watching the ducklings at play, was a reminder to have fun in the now.

Like water off a duck's back, don't let negativity weigh you down.   These web-footed paddlers bring a lesson to sooth our emotions by seeking emotional comfort and protection.  Stay in a comfortable environment.  Difficulties will be easily handled.  Trust and keep your thoughts on high.  Don't let any criticism ruffle your feathers.  Try to remember that everything is either love, or a call for love.
