Faith-Filled Blossoming: An Angel Message

God speaks through nature in surprising and wonderful ways when I take time to look and listen for the pulse of life in the simple things around me.  On Good Friday, 2023, as you can see, a wild rabbit appeared by the pasture fence.  A touch of lightness, as it was formed by nature by the growth of a pear cactus--two long ears, tipped with bright yellow buds ready to bloom in time for Easter.  Yellow is the color of faith.   I got the angel message:  Judge not by appearances...  No matter what conditions, you may find yourself, you, too, can bloom in adversity.

After not one but two consecutive Cat 3 hurricanes last fall, the rabbit cactus looked like it was down for the count.  I wondered what may happen by this spring.  Yesterday I leaned over the fence and counted 75 yellow-tipped-buds ready to bloom on those sprawling prickly paddles! What an abundant and impressive comeback.   I was thankful for the angel reminder that our most severe trials bring out an abundance of spiritual growth that blossoms in the long run if we keep the course as best we can.

Cactus have adapted themselves to some of the harshest conditions, and yet they flower in some of the most beautiful and delicate blossoms.  For this reason, the cactus is tied to energies that help in the manifestation of riches and beauty under all conditions.  A reminder to rediscover the elixir of life within us in spite of outer conditions.  Cactus manifests the life waters wherever one is parched.

Nature is full of sweet messages this spring.  The stone garden rabbit by the back steps was a day brightener.  Wild flowers had recently sprung up at its feet, creating an image of the bunny holding up a daisy. Daisy, "the day's eye" is symbolic of the yellow sun in the center, and the light shining out, are its radiant petals.  An angel message from nature to open up our eyes to creative inspiration and keep on expecting victory.   The best is yet to be.  With divine help, you will bloom wherever you're planted.  Keep having faith...

Love and peace,
