The peacocks were out of hiding at the rehab center, proudly strutting their elegant new plumage. Mating calls trilled the air, and this fellow did a little dance to hopefully woo a mate.
What seemed like a lost cause for a long plume-less season had served a purpose. The peacocks were back looking magnificent for having dropped their old feathers to grow in a new crop. So it is with us during certain seasons. Keep having faith that the best is yet to be.
